Victory Bootcamp UK
is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time. Training sessions commence with dynamic stretching and short cardio warm up excercises followed by a wide variety of interval training.
We developed our original Tib’s Tyre Training Circuit and it is adjusted to your own personal fitness level ( no need to be scared of giant tyres ;)). Each station has a core and alternative workout option which encourages you to push yourself to your own personal limit, therefore making progress with each class completed.
The benefits of our training is to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. Also, It has long been known that regular aerobic exercise can help to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress. Part of this is due to the release of endorphins, which act as a mood elevator.
Victory Bootcamp UK is not just about training but team spirit and motivation for all of us. We try to keep all our sessions outdoor (weather permitting) .. we all spend too much time time indoors! And out there, that’s where you can feel freedom, fresh air and feel the breeze and that what is life about!
